No Position Found

Sometimes during initial setup, KidGPS takes a few minutes to acquire an initial signal and position.

To correct this issue, turn KidGPS off and place the unit near a window (or outside with a clear view of the sky) then turn KidGPS back on.

Allow KidGPS to sit in this position for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, open the KidGPS app and select "Locate" to request a current position from KidGPS.

Going forward, KidGPS will not need nearly this long to turn on and get a position.

If after completing the above, you still do not get an accurate position, please contact customer service.

    yes can't locete the device last seen 09.02.17 

    keep searching  no result
